The "Profile UP/Profile Star" is an all-polypropylene filter cartridge that achieves high flow rates through its pleated structure. The thick media and pleated design combine the advantages of both depth and pleated types, resulting in a filter with low pressure loss. Traditionally, filtering high flow rates or high viscosity fluids has been challenging, as pleated filters tend to collapse, shortening their filtration lifespan, while depth filters require larger equipment due to high differential pressure.
